Independent Authentication & Certification

Pre-owned Rolex watches from the Swiss Crown™ USA brand are independently authenticated using certified technicians (CW21 Technicians). Additionally, each pre-owned Rolex is examined by independent world-recognized lab that generates a certification report. Each certification report includes a detailed description of the watch, a professional photograph, and the serial number that corresponds to the pre-owned Rolex.

TWO-YEAR Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty guarantees that your watch movement is free from defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date you purchased a Swiss Crown™ USA brand pre-owned watch from an authorized Quality Gold, Inc. retailer. This Limited Warranty does not cover the watch case, bracelet, clasp, crystal, crown, stem, damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accident. This Limited Warranty will not be valid if the watch has been tampered with, taken apart or repaired by anyone other than one of our authorized servicers. Dana Dow Jewellers and Quality Gold are not liable for any compensatory, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability for any damages is limited to the price paid for the watch.
