It took a while for the necklace to ship, but when I called the store I received excellent customer service. It arrived very quickly once it shipped and was precisely as described and pictured on the website. My one note would be that I would have liked a piece of soft “packing” placed on top of the neckline within its black box, as it could shake about and the surface needs a bit of polishing to remove the small scratches. I would be comfortable/pleased to order from Dana Dow again, especially considering their very competitive pricing on this piece. I did have it shipped to a parcel receiving service rather than my home address for extra security.
