The chain is lovely and just as described. Very happy with it and the quality.
My only problems with the entire thing had nothing to do with the jeweler. I didn’t pay attention and notice that it was coming from Canada into the US so it took a lot longer even getting past customs and other shipping things. I thought I had ordered it with plenty of time for it to arrive before my husband‘s birthday, but I didn’t think to look and that’s definitely on me.And then I was hit with a $56 COD for the shipping company before I could take possession of it. Thanks to the beautiful (* hear sarcasm!) tariffs, I had no idea that I would need to spend quite a bit more money until it arrived.
The company was very helpful and extremely polite and courteous when I would contact them and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.
If it weren’t for the tariffs, then I would probably purchase from them again provided I had enough time upfront for the package to clear customs. But I have no hesitations about recommending Dana Dow jewelers!
